This Privacy Policy describes how the Sree Maruthi Driver App ("App") collects, uses, and protects information about employees of Sree Maruthi Enterprises who use the App in the course of their employment.

This App is an internal enterprise application. It is not available to the general public and is issued solely to authorised employees.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects the following categories of data:

• Location Real-time GPS location during active delivery trips to verify customer check-in and check-out.
• Delivery Data Cylinder quantities delivered, returned, and outstanding per customer stop.
• Payment Data Amounts collected per trip (cash, UPI, cheque) — no full card or bank account numbers are stored.
• Device Info Device model and OS version for app compatibility and support purposes.
• Account Info Employee name, mobile number, and assigned vehicle — provided by the company during account setup.

3. How We Use This Information

• To record and verify delivery trips, customer visits, and cylinder transactions.
• To reconcile cash and cylinder inventory at the end of each trip.
• To generate invoices and delivery challans for customers.
• To maintain an audit trail of all operations for business and compliance purposes.
• To enable management oversight of field operations.

Your data is never sold to or shared with third parties outside Sree Maruthi Enterprises.

4. Location Data

The App requires location permission to function. Location is collected only during active delivery trips and is used exclusively for recording check-in and check-out events at customer locations.

Location access is enforced by the App and cannot be disabled while the App is in use, as it is essential to the core delivery workflow.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secured servers managed by Sree Maruthi Enterprises. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We apply industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.

6. Data Retention

Delivery, transaction, and location records are retained as required by applicable tax and business regulations. Employee account data is retained for the duration of employment and handled upon exit per the HR policies of Sree Maruthi Enterprises.

7. Your Rights

As an employee user, you may request access to the data associated with your account. Requests for correction or deletion are handled in accordance with the HR policies of Sree Maruthi Enterprises (communicated during onboarding).
